Re: Topaz Video exporters
Export from topaz to a folder, set that folder as a watch folder in your transcoding software of choice.

Re: Arena 6 DMX control of lights
From Arena 6, resolume will only output Artnet. This is a network protocol for sending DMX data from a controller to a decoder (generally referred to as a Node).
To go from Arena to physical xlr connectors, you will want a network switch (something as basic as a Netgear G305) and an artnet node ...

Re: Video Genlock Issue?
Are you asking about the different delay between the video wall and the side screens?
Or are you asking about the latency of the video compared to the live picture in the Ross switcher?
Relative delay between screens will be down to the signal processing chains. If you have more devices in one ...

Re: OSC output act weird on arena reload re-scaling targeted comp
Thanks but this has nothing to do with backup what so ever.
If you read through that thread, it's exactly the same thing you're asking about. When arena starts up it initialises and sends various OSC messages as part of that. It then loads the previous composition and any OSC settings ...

Re: Loss of image synchronicity when using 2 GPUs
When you see loss of synchronisation, does nvidia control panel still show them being synchronised? In system topology does it show as active and in use or as available? Are you using the same signal flow for all outputs, not mixing processors on different parts of LED? Are you feeding a genlock ...

OSC Feedback on the wrong address
Playing around using OSC feedback for parameter values, specifically clip out point position.

Sending the message /composition/selectedclip/transport/position/out "?" to receive back the float value of the time of the out marker for the currently selected clip.
The feedback ...

Re: [Fixture Editor] Support for more than one DMX pixel block
I have a fixture where one of the DMX channels has a data value which is a string with special characters like 't', 'n', 'r'. These characters are interpreted by Resolume as control values causing unexpected behavior such as flickering or turning off all pixels in the fixture. Is there any way to ...

Re: [Fixture Editor] Support for more than one DMX pixel block
Is there any update on this? Being able to have multiple pixel blocks within a single fixture? Would be really useful for modern multi-cell fixtures where you have more control per cell than just RGB (e.g. dimmer, strobe, CCT etc...) and you need control channels between each cell. Currently ...

Re: show me a better laptop than this
You won't get a fourth external display over USB to run off the GPU, as you're both limited by it only being USB 3.1 (rather than a combination of USB and thunderbolt) and running up against the display count limit of nVidia cards.
Also, because the mini-displayport ports are also only mini ...

Re: PCIe x16
Hey I'm looking to replace my PCIe slot on my motherboard as it has failed.
Do you mean failed through use or is it hanging off the board? If it's just stopped working then you're unlikely to be able to fix it by reusing the socket, then again if it's hanging off the board then there's the chance ...
