Hi, I recently bought an AKAIAPC 40 to use with resolume avenue. If you want to configure it in a descent way (so you get feedback effects, knobcolours work, ledlights work,...) you need a midi translator. Re: newbie :: my deck isn't saved !

no fortunately it can't
but maybe if you open the composition file (documents/resolume avenue 3/compositions/ name of your composition) in text edit or some program you can maybe change the pad to your movies but I am not sure of that.

Its a nice heavy unit. There are ...

Re: newbie :: my deck isn't saved !

you must take care of the fact that all your clips are on exactly the same place on the 2 pc's I think (pc 1: clips on desktop => pc:B clips also have to be on the desktop). If you put all your clips on an external hard drive and give the harddrive the same name on the two computers everything shoul...

Re: Resolume Avenue 3.1.3 Released

Hi, I solved this problem in the following way: I don't make pre made decks in resolume avenue. I just sort all my clips in different themes/groups on my macbook pro. When I'm performing I just have to scroll trough my folders on the computer and than I just drag and drop files into resolume. You ca...

AKAI APC 40 and Resolume Avenue

Hi, I'm planning to buy an Akai Apc 40 ( http://www.akaipro.com/apc40 ) to use with resolume Avenue. Has anyone tried one or has an Akai apc 40? Is it solid, does the knobs and pads are easy to use (smooth, ...)? Currently I'm using a Korg MicroKontrol, but the apc 40 is better for resolume avenue I...
