Im planing to use this box for resolume performance mainley, and as far as i know there are two things that matter the cpu and the HD. Im running the box with a 7200 maxtor at the moment, and whenever i get a perfromance drop i can also hera the HD rumble. So i hope raid takes care of that. Im proje...

on a P4 3.2 HT one can set thread priority to real time, resolume will then use all the ram avalable.

The gfx card is best with good video outs, the new g-force 6600 pci-express has a component out next to s and video, maybe two of those can manage three independent outputs.

Resolume will record in the resolution that you set as your output resolution. For best results use an analog input of a dv camare record to tape and than capture trough firewire. Resolume record function is great in a live situation but if you make a long clip yopu will find that frames are being d...

compared to behringer the uc33 is a bit smaller wich is good for carying but than the sliders are soo close together also the knobs ask for some precission to operate also the behringers sliders are about 2cm longer wich comes handy when you need to adyust a parameter by one. In general i think the ...

There are several factors concernig midi that struck my attention after buying my first midi: size and durability, something big studo type looks cool but it wil only prove that carying that fragile piece is mostly useless for resolume, dopfer is great here, small and tough. Accuracy of control, You...

I second this, actualy i think this is more usefull than midi out, i imagine a generator type of controler that has four timlenes that can record a seqence of midi parameter changes and can than playback those changes with all the usual controls that already exsist in resolume (loop, bounce, fps...)...
