Try lowering the data rate on the cable, lower color depth, or refresh rate. ya, sounds like a bandwidth issue. Had this also before. Additionally there is a chance that you encounter a defective hardware part.... But primary I would also try to lower the bandwidth so see if gets better. best wishe...
