Create a layer just for your sources and use a video router source clip in places where you want to use the input. Locking the content on the layer also secures it in case of column triggers etc. When you start your composition you then only need to replace the source one time.
I only have the fonts which are supplied with the OS, so you have them already. Try looking at Helvetica for a start.....and please look through the list of built in fonts as I have suggested. Haha, I should have said Arial is one of the few that does.
Please have a look through the list and compare with Fontbook as I did. It's a majority that do not have styles available in Resolume. It's the same in Mojave too. Windows 10 has all the options for all the fonts.
When using text sources a lot of fonts only have the 'regular' style available. The alternative options such as bold and italic are available in font book and other software. I've only got the standard fonts that come with the OS as it's a new machine, I'm the only user. OS Ventura 13.2.1 What's up ...
It always used to highlight the Composition menu bar item.
Just tested with Arena 6 and yes it's there, it's only a couple of updates since Arena 7 stopped doing it too.

It used to happen and it's a default action on every software surely? So it's a bug or an oversight at least.
Alley 7.13.2 not quitting with keyboard shortcut on Ventura 13.2.1 (All shortcuts on Alley menu are greyed out). Same problem on Mojave without the greyed out menu items but it's also giving me a crash report on start-up.
In previous versions the composition menu item was highlighted when using keyboard shortcuts to save. I noticed it didn't do that on Windows last year, now I see it no longer does it on Mac too. It makes me feel a little insecure and so I save again via the menu, please bring back the highlighting.
Thanks Zoltan, that makes sense. I only require the column triggers and clear all trigger in essence, just to keep the back-up moving along with the show.
Who needs a back-up machine these days anyway?
