That's kind of what i was thinking. I like the idea though of putting some fans in for air circulation. Seems easy enough to rig up.

Mounting projectors outdoors

I was wondering if anyone had any good DIY ideas for rain proofing a projector mounted outdoors? It's a Sanyo PLC-XP55 that i am going to be mounting to a tree with a wall mount bracket and would like to weatherproof it a bit, but don't want to spend a ton of money doing it if possible. It's going t...

Ultimate controller?

Just spotted this online. Its a modular MIDI controller that allows you to build and configure a controller any way you want. Looks like it will be launching on Kickstarter soon. It'll be interesting to see how much it'll be. http://special-waves.com

Re: Thunderbolt input?

Only the PCIe part of the Thunderbolt cable is bi-directional but DisplayPort is still directional and work as an output. So even if your la...

Thunderbolt input?

I've got an Asus Rog G751JY-DH72X laptop which has a Thunderbolt port on it. I was wondering if it is possible to use this to input from a Microsoft Surface, which has a mini Display Port. From what I understand, Thunderbolt is a bi-directional connection. I was hoping to use the Surface as an input...

To anyone having this problem: Could you please try setting your Windows Desktop Scaling to 100%? : http://winsupersite.com/windows-8/hands-windows-81-desktop-display-scaling Although we haven't confirmed anything yet, we think this solves the problem. It would be great if one or more of you could ...
