At work i use linux and use a win2000 Virtual Machine to play with Resolume
In the VM i don't have audio activated and the dual monitor work fine

if i use the Midibox 64 i can always use the keyboard controller to have more buttons
the problem is that here in portugal is very expensive to buy electronic components so if i try to build a midi based keyboard it will get more expensive than buy one

you don't need to buy X-keys® Matrix Boards with an onld keyboard controller you do the same and you even have more keys

they are the "master's faster's" they should know how to do it

yes that's a good idea...now we just have to know if is possible to make that without making "lag"

some videos have the first's frames black's or in other color before the real video starts
is possible to detect the first frame with "something" and show that frame on thumbnails instead of the black thumbnail ?
