Controlling Arena over Ethernet?

Is there a way I can control basic elements of arena over Ethernet?

I know about artnet control, but I want to be able to trigger clips from a hardware based control system… like crestron/Kramer/Philips Pronto.

Or is my only option some sort of Rs232/Ethernet to midi converter?

Re: 3D Visualiser?

So, taking “capture” visualiser for instance, it looks like the price increases depending on the number of video streams I’m sending to it …. Starting from 1, then 2, 3, 4, then unlimited. However, my pixels will probably be less than 1920x1080, and naturally my LED video panels are divided up withi...

Re: 3D Visualiser?

Ok….. So any of those will work? Or do I need to spend thousands on all of them? Lol. Which would you recommend? And which integrates the easiest? I guess I can retain pixel mapping and have the visualiser interpret the appropriate pixels per wall/ceiling etc… A bit more of a cover note rather than ...

3D Visualiser?

Is there such thing as a 3 Dimensional visualiser (visualizer for yanks) for Resolume?

For example, we have a room with LED screens on the ceiling, and on the side walls, so I would like to be able to see what the effects look like from different perspectives whilst programming offline.

Re: Anti Aliasing option for slices

But does Resolume actually “scale”? I understood that if you have a slice that is 12 pixels wide by 48 pixels tall, and you map it to something that is only 3 pixels wide by 12 pixels tall (I know - ridiculous) Resolume only maps the centre-most pixel of the composition to the output pixel... and do...

Re: Anti Aliasing option for slices

Yeah, the issue is that generally we have a high res screen in the Center of the stage, and then low res screens off to the side. Therefore the compositions tend to be decent resolutions. When you put static logos or images on the side screens, the panels will be “theoretically” lower than the slice...

Re: Anti Aliasing option for slices

Presume you were replying to me? My query is if the composition is 4K, but the led wall is only 1000 x 500 pixels, anti aliasing is necessary, so I guess we would need an external scaler between the Resolume and the LED driver, rather than pixel map the outputs in Resolume, as each pixel is only dri...

Re: Anti Aliasing option for slices

Just found this hit after searching, So is it recommended to use an external scaler when outputting to LED panels when the pixel pitch is larger than the composition resolution?

Juicebar plug-ins on multiple computers

If I want the same juicebar plugins on more than two Resolume machines, what is the best way of achieving this? I want three Resolume machines all set up indentically, with access to the same plugins from juicebar. Is it to simply set up a second juicebar account on one of them and ensure I purchase...

Re: NDI HX PTZ control

Yeah, absolute control in sienna video monitor doesn’t control these cameras.

I’ve asked the question to PTZOptics about this, but is “relative control” something that could be added to Resolume?
