Hi there.
I'm using Resolume Arena 5.0 on a Dell laptop with NVIDIA Geforce 1650 card on.
I have connected a VGA projector using the Dell DA300 USB-C to VGA adaptor and have extended the displayes.
Resolume sees the second display but doesn't give any image out. And on advanced mode, display 2 has 0x0 size.
Can you tell me what this is about?
I have had issues with second display before and moved the second display to the left of the first display, which fixed the bug. In this case, this fix doesn't do the job.

Is windows able to use the display properly?

thanks for your help. Yes, windows sees the display on extended mode and I can drag windows. VLC plays on full screen on the projector etc..
Any clues please??

Weird, it's possible that the adapter doesn't support hardware acceleration...

Do you have the latest 5.1.4 Resolume release, and the latest nvidia drivers?

No, I have 5.0.0, but I updated the nvidia drivers. The adaptor is the round one, has an hdmi output as well. I will check with an hdmi, see if it has the same problem.

Please update to the latest 5.1.4 or 5.1.3 from the bottom of our download page

Hi Zoltan, can I ask you something random. I'm trying to connect to your site to get your sequencer and I'm having a lot of safety issues with your address. Also, trying to put a password but can't register, it says password too weak all the time.
Any more direct way to buy this?
