When you say "export to it" what do you mean?

Save to MOV (AVI) Video in equirectangular 360 format for editing it in the After Effect (with Mettle plugin)

If you're on a Mac, you could try streaming your comp over Syphon and recording with Syphon Recorder.

I'm not sure if your Codec will be available in the Syphon Recorder preferences but it's worth a try!

Do you want a plugin to convert a 2 fisheye video to 360?

Give me a sample video, and I might write a plugin to do the conversion when I have time.

Hi Daniel

This works :

https://github.com/yasuhirohoshino/oF-t ... ectangular

The shader could be used in a plugin. I have working code and other stuff to save you time. PM or email me.

"This openFrameworks example convert the dual fish-eye images from RICOH THETA S to panorama images on realtime." is it possible to save this equirectangular output to AVI (mov) ?

Not immediately. A program would need to be developed to do that.

But, by using the shader in that Openframeworks project, a freeframe plugin would convert the dual fisheye video to equirectangular and then you could use Syphon recorder to produce a movie file as noted previously, if you are using a Mac.

If am not sure why you need to do it this way if there is software for the Theta S that already produces video in equirectangular format.

Also I looked at your Resolume project, but that is not in a fisheye format so I can't see how you would produce 360 video from that. I don't quite understand what you are trying to do.
