Mic Audio to Midi BPM

Post by DHoude »

I am looking to do Mic Audio to Midi BPM. Is there a way to set BPM using the mic so I can sync my visuals to a live band?

I saw this http://wavesum.net/products.html#waveclock but I am a Windows user.

if you do it live then just map the bpm tab to a button and do it by hand... it will be much better then a programm trying to find the bpm in a audiostream...

Thanks. Is there a good way to transition from BPM coming from my virtual Midi cable (during my DJ set) to Beat Tap. I find the BPM sync clips stop (per settings) and/or won't play once the DJ software stops sending midi. I will be DJing the breaks for them.
