Resolume dropping frames in my NDI stream, please help

Hi, I’m having an issue with Resolume dropping frames drops in my NDI stream. Could you please help?

I’m almost positive that this issue is being caused by Resolume Avenue, not the NDI source or NDI itself. I’ve tested using the same NDI source and receiving it Resolume Avenue, OBS, and NDI studio monitor. In OBS and Studio Monitor, this NDI source has 0 frame drops. In Resolume Avenue, it drops frames often and looks choppy. I recorded this video below to show you the comparison between the NDI stream in Resolume Avenue and OBS/Studio Monitor. This is not happening to all of my NDI sources, NDI sources from the same PC are working totally fine with no frame drops. And, the video below shows, the same NDI source works totally fine when it is routed through OBS on the PC and then re-routed through NDI from OBS on the PC to resolume. Just downloaded the new update to Resolume Avenue this morning before testing all of this.

What could be causing this issue? Are there any settings that I can/should try adjusting in resolume to fix this? Or perhaps settings that I should try adjusting in OBS on Mac (like maybe the fps its sending NDI out on, or which ports/channels its using or something), which is outputting NDI stream to Resolume on the PC?

Update: I recorded another video here to clarify and show more details of the issue.

Update 2: Also tried quitting team viewer and all other applications that I thought could be interfering with ethernet ports. Still having the same issue.

Thank you for your help

Got the same problem on several machines. With OBS Studio everything works fine, but resolume stops nearly every second for some frames. All GFX Cards on tested machines are Nvidia (1080,1060,2080ti)....
Comp Size is only 1080.Latest Studio drivers,Latest Arena Version (7.1.2)
Is there a solution for now ?

Gigabit Ethernet connection all the way between the machines?
Only one active network interface on the sender machine?

Is the Output monitor also stopping in Resolume when the NDI stream stops?

It seems that its not the Problem of any network connection. In NDI Monitor and OBS Studio everything works like a charm on the same machine and input setup, but in resolume the input freezes nearly every second ( in preview and output, same same) I´m transmitting a NDI-HX Signal....

Did this start for you with the 7.1.2 update, or did you also see it with a previous Resolume version?

Could you please send us the Resolume log file via the feedback tab in preferences?
Thanks!

No the error also exists in all older Version. But i limited the error only to an NDI HX Signal. When using NDI cam with the original NDI Format it seems to work stable, when switching to NDI HX the problem occurs again.
