I did a bit of searching, but nothing conclusive. Bulk of posts were from 2016 or before.

Does the latest version of Resolume support HAP codecs and the varients (HAP Q, Alpha, etc) on both Mac & PC?

Yes. It's not the most optimized codec for playback, but it works better than h.264.
