Is it possible to use HDMI output through a projector for multiple video effects mapped on different parts of scene?

Potentially. You could load effects clips in a layer. Adding the crop effect to those clips you could have these effects only impact parts of your composition.

What is it that you are trying to do? There may be a much easier way to accomplish your end goal.

Well I will manage an evening event for kids in my site garden. I am thinking to use wooden pergola's part as scene for mapping effect on them but I have only one projector (though I can rent 2 or 3 for the event).

I just want to know possibility to use one projector in the limit of 200 x 200 (or larger) cm as stage for different FXs.

As an example I mean;

Scene 1 : Minions movie (just a part of movie with no sound)
Scene 2: Shining star and sky effect
Scene 3 : Ice Age movie (just a part of movie with no sound)

Thats pretty basic stuff to do....

Did you read the "output" section https://resolume.com/support

I think with this wide and stuff you can be happy with just one prejector and mapped the 3 areas as simple slices and 3 different layers assigned to the 3 slices...

Hello @He2neg,

Well I was out of city and saw your post on my phone and read some topics on the link you shared. It may seem simple though I could not manage to set up virtual slices inside a total screen area. Can you advice a simple video tutorial which place different two scene by using your advice method then i can apply to 3 or 4 furthermore.

Thank you in advance for your kindly replies.

I guess I did it after trying a few demonstration on my led screen.
