Transition

Hi there!
I'm new to VJ and I starting with resolume, and I have a question to resolve:
When I make a transition in layer to another I canÂ´t put another video and played again in the layer that i make the transition. It's a bug?

I think I understand Chino's question... which is my problem also.

Can a simple fade transition be applied to the same layer, as we play from Clip A to Clip B?

I understand I can manually fade from Layer 1 to Layer 2, but if we want to keep the operation simple by playing all clips on the same layer. Can a default transtion be assigned between clips?

since version 1.1 orso we,ve had the idea to do transitions when switching channels but it requires quite a bit of work to make and we first have to test if it does not slow things down too much.

interface wize it could be really simple, just a list of buttons to activate the different transitions and a slider that determines how fast the transition should go.

wicked ... good ideas always resurface ;-D

Thanks Bart. I'm looking for a DV7 replacement.... any ideas on why the sound is not coming through on all the clips?
