One thing i thought of that woud be an attractive feature for me:
At the moment, there is 18 band fft audio analysis, what would perhaps be most useful for most forms of rhythmic music is if this could be adapted to create a 'transient sensing' system, rather than a level follower (as it is now).
Then it might be possible to assign certain actions to trigger on sensing a trasient. (not sure how you'de implement that though
).
