How to fix the top layer?

Post by djsky »

Hi, is there a way to “fix” the top layer, so that I can scroll all the others below it?

For example, on my monitor, I can only see maximum of 5 layers. But in my composition, I have 8. But I want to fix layer 8 so it’s always on the top, and with a mouse scroll, I want to be able to scroll between layers 1-7 underneath.

would like to add that would be nice if this could work with a group too, or even with any layer in the layer stack. Maybe a little symbol & a number added to the "visible locked" layer to know where it actually is in the layer order
