Midi ideas

Hi im just geting to know the midi since i bought the bcf2000 a few days ago. It seems that it is not possible to assgn multiple controlers to perform the same function. Is this possible at all? Im askiing becouse id like to have all 8 sliders for scratching the active layer playhead but set to diferent sensitivity, for long or short clips or fast and slow movements.
