6 FULL HD Projector Blending using Datapath FX 4

Post by ranvier »

Hi all,

I have a 6 full hd projectors blending, canvas size is 8640x1080.

5 overlapping region we are looking at 576px.

We have Datapath FX 4 HDMI. This model comes with 2x hdmi 1.4 and DP 1.2 input

What would be the preferred file resolution to export to, in order to playback the video stable on resolume?

May i know, is it correct to say that the content production team are to export the video as a full quality resolution of 8640x1080?

Any preferred graphic card to recommend that can support this resolution?

To play safe in case, currently we intend to reduce the Resolution by cutting he video into left half and right half, and position left half on top and right half on bottom and export as a 3840x2160.

I've ran 8640x1080 from Resolume 6 with a nvidia 1080ti. Full resolution was fine. With m.2 drives.
