HELP RTX 2080 ti compatible?

Hey guys I am looking to build a PC and wanted to use a Nvidia RTX 2080 ti and an Nvidia Quadro P620 with a ryzen 3900x cpu. I am wanting to know if this paired with good memory and hdd is going to be able to work together? I am wanting to display on all 8 devices and just want to make sure this will work. Will I have an issue going with a powerful gpu instead of dual p620? Is there anything I am not seeing here that I am missing? Just wanted some help before I buy everything. Thank you
