2 Camera input 3 output resolume arena

Hi ,
Im new here.
I want a pc with 2 camera inputs. So i can mix them
With vj graphics (arena) and send them to 3 ouputs.
Can i do it with 1 graphics card ? Wich one?
Or do i need separate video input card and graphics output card?
Iets say i use a Standard pc with i7 CPU.
