no audio in the audiovisual clip...

Hi guys,

I installed Resolume in a new pc with win7 i7 1.6 8gb ram, the software works really well and does not play the audio clip, only plays the video ... why? the same clip running on another pc with win7 .

The version of Resolume I'm using is 4.1.1 ... the last...

have you set the correct output in the preferences?
try a higher buffer size - worked for us.

thanks but my problem is that the audio track is not in the clip, but shows only the video part with their effects and controls...

Maybe the audiocodec is not installed on the system?

Did you try to use two separate files (one for audio, one for video)?

I checked with gspot video codec that will not work, but they are identical to those of other videos instead work very well

what could be the problem?

codec issue ... I was converted the clips to another format and now it works great!
