Video Flicker on SDI outputs

Hello! We have been seeing this weird flicker very randomly on one of our resolume servers. We've tried fresh installs, replacing the SDI card, nothing seems to be a permanent fix. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

Details

GPU: RTX 3090
Outputs: Decklink 8K
Intel 11900K

LED Wall is connected via 12G SDI from computer straight into the processor.

Did you used long SDI cables and untangled them?

Nope this is all using short cables. Video processor and computer are both in the same rack.
