Dose the Doremidi FC-3 with Resolume Avenue

Post by IbexMoon »

How do I set my MIDI foot controller, the Doremidi FC-3, to move left and right to control compositions for each song I play live? I play guitar, so I can't change compositions manually with my hands.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you wanting to change columns or decks? Either of which have a < and > you can map to the controller.

Thanks you for the help. I want to be able to step on the pedal and have it automatically start the next columns of clips. Are there any instructions on how to do it or maybe a tutorial? I didn't see the options when I was trying to set up in the MIDI settings. I'm new to this, so I'm sure I just missed something.

Go to view menu and then show layer transition controls, they are hidden by default.
You will now see the previous/next clip arrows for column triggers and for each layer appear to the left of your first column. You can now assign midi as normal.
