I have converted a lot of my clips from .mov to avi and the jittering seems to have gone.... he quicktime codec download tip didn't do the trick so converting it was for me

Having exactly the same problem....already figured out after using 3 different pc that memory wasn't the issue so was left with a huge problem....as I read here.....just convert my .mov files to avi??

Hoping to get help soon having a performance tonight
