Sony SZ or MBP are the best choices. I like SZ better because of weight, size and 2 card switch, up to 5 h. on batteries ( naturally you cant do video when switched to Intel)

I am sorry but it wont work with anything video. You need a computer with real graphic card. Not just Resolume, forget anything visual.

The new Edirols are great for VJ apps. Tzhe hardware is better then SL, specially the faders. Takes few minutes to set.
