I figured it out! The flash content was causing crashes. Nothing I had in flash was really necessary so I removed it all and it is working like a charm. Doesn't help if I want to put flash in there, but for now it is fine by me!

I pre-built the majority of my show in Arena 4 with no issues. Has 8 decks, 5 layers in each deck and 8 columns (mapped to AKAI APC40).

I may have resolved my own issue. I decided to pickup the AJA io XT Thunderbolt. Since it has 2 thunderbolt ports I should be able to attach a display port adapter to the second port and feed that to projection using the internal video card. (fingers crossed!)
