Re: Support for Multiport MIDI Interfaces
And while we´re at it: Please add scrolling in the MIDI preferences. Folding/unfolding just to navigate your device list... that´s GUI design with room for improvement
Or maybe just allow the Preferences window to be resizable (if that´s just a property you can set the window to).

Support for Multiport MIDI Interfaces
Please add meaningful support for multiport devices that have more than a single MIDI in/out.
For example, my MIDI interface offers 8 ports and looks like this:
Wire MIDI prefs.jpg
Every MIDI event I create in Wire is sent out to all active ports. Here is a single event, button clicked once ...

Re: Video Router Inputs
Understood, that is the root cause then. The groups A and B are to stay though, as they are needed to recall a combination of their subtracks via the group columns.
But that´s ok, the workaround via the two "grabbing routers" works for me and I can flatten then if I run out of GUI real estate ...

Re: Compatibility Question: Dante Virtual Sound Card with Resolume Version 7
Can´t speak for DVS, since I run on Dante hardware. So slightly off topic.
However, I can state that Dante itself has been stable and reliable in my setup, I replaced an analog studio backbone with AoIP.
In case you ever want to get rid of DVS latency, you can opt for either a Dante native card ...

Re: Video Router Inputs
Unfortunately it doesnt.
Here is my setup:
(EDITED, layers renamed)
router grab 2.jpg
Adding a router to MFX/src a for example works when I set source to "A" (group) but shows blank when I select "layers below". I´ll double check tonight whether some misconfig happened, but maybe there is ...

Video Router Inputs
Is there a way to have "crossfader output" as an input for the video router source?
What I´m trying to build is something like this:
Group A = Layer a1, a2, a3 -> everything assigned to crossfader A
Group B = Layer b1, b3, b3 -> everything assigned to crossfader B
A "Master FX" layer that ...

Re: LED Strips // Lumiverse Setup
Exactly. I´m currently using 2 (later 4) nebula controllers, let´s see how far they carry me.
If I need to go unicast, are there any options for a "meta lumiverse" or "group of lumiverses"? I find having everything in one object (= lumiverse) more comfortable, of course, but that leads to ...

Re: LED Strips // Lumiverse Setup
Many thanks!
I´ll see how far I can drive this and will also start saving for a bigger controller, LED setups appear to grow like star trek tribbles.
