What did you do to these layers before you noticed this happening?
Are these layers duplicates of each other maybe?

The spout source clip should reconnect automatically after a few seconds, once the sender is active. So if you have it launched on startup, it's grey, then after Unity starts the spout sender, the clip in Resolume should turn to a blue thumbnail automatically and show on your output. Isn't it happen...

Is there a way, using each individual machine, to find out which serial number was used to register the Resolume instance running on it ? There is, but only with Resolume 6 licenses.
