Sounds like you may have a midi feedback going on.
Check the Midi settings in Preferences that you don't send and receive for loopback devices like the IAC device.

Without seeing what you are trying to accomplish it's hard to say. You can place the Fisheye effect before and after transform on the clip. You could try to add another transform to the effect chain. You could place the Fisheye on a separate layer as an effect clip, then place crop or vignette effec...

Control, shift, alt are modifier keys.

For example, does control+A work on your desktop to select all icons?
Does it work in Resolume to select all clips?

Do you see the tearing in the Output Monitor in Resolume too?

V-sync should do this.
What's your FPS in Resolume when you are not playing anything in a new empty composition?

You might need to create a custom app for this that can take text input and send it via OSC. The text could be sent to a Text Animator source. which then you or the tablet operator could launch via a separate button. The easiest way to accomplish this would probably be if you'd know the winner names...

You should be able to map the positions the same way as you map the sliders in TouchOSC.
The fact that the position parameters are not sliders in Resolume, doesn't really matter regarding the OSC address and messages. You can set sliders in TouchOSC to send to these addresses as well.
