Resolume 7.3.2 Bug report at startup

I have resolume 7.3.2 and i crashes at startup and gives me a bug report. i have reported the problem but i did not get an aswer,

I will atatch here the error log if somebody could help me please.

Happening on occasion for me and others as well. They are working on it :)

I have solved it for me, i did 2 things:
1: Updated display drivers, wich did nothing for me
2: Updated windiws to the latest version and this solved my problem.

But i am couriouse what happened and why did i get that schreen.

Which email address did you use when you submitted the crash report?

I am having the same problems, constant crashing on start up and I cant even play one loop. I have updated to the latest windows and updated my graphics card too but this has not helped.
Would love some support from Resolume over this is, as we all have paid a lot for this software!

The report you sent says the crash happens in the nvidia driver.
Try the last Studio driver version instead of the game ready.

Thank you resolume team, this has made it work, but I am now getting major FPM drop when I try to record out to spout! Why is this and is there any way I can get spout to run at peak, or should I try to record my show via a OBS?

Same exact issue for me, but I am on a Mac.
I tried deleting the prefs, didn't work. It was working fine yesterday, but today just crashes non stop and I can't open the app. It's frightening :(
