Record composition to smaller size?

Post by paralion »

So i have an 8K Composition, my computer is (mostly) capable of showing it live,
however, recording doesnt work (framedropping like crazy)

I tried to save as a 1080p composition, but then all my layers are out of porportion.
What would be the easiest way to produce a lower-resolution of my composition?

Best,
p.

The very latest. I realized motion mpg has the least dropped frames btw, but still way too much.

Ok, update: I had to think outside the box. Used Elgato camlink 4k adaptor to capture the thang. That worked flawlessly. Resolume recording just is too much in 8k, framrate dropes from 30 to 2-5fps :)
