Changing Decklink output resolutions causes crash on Arena 7

Post by Fantanabotzzz »

Hello folks,

I've been having a recent issue with our BlackMagic Decklink Quad 2 card and Arena 7.

Windows 10
Intel i7 4-core (6700K? not sure on model)
Radeon Pro VII
16GB RAM

Decklink Quad 2 is configured for 8x output from Desktop Video application, and all SDI outputs set to 1080p50 3GA.
This card is in a PCIe x8 slot.

When assigning outputs in Resolume, they default to 1080i50.
When changing the resolution of each output to 1080p50 from Resolume's drop down menu, it causes the application to crash.

If I do this quickly and one input at a time, I can save and close the output config window, then move onto the next output.

Any ideas on what is causing this crash and how to fix / workaround?

Sounds weird.
Could you please use the crash reporter dialog that pops up after the crash to submit a crash report?
That way we get lot more detailed information about what went wrong exactly.
Don't forget to fill out your email address, so we know it came from you ;)
Thanks!
