BMD Decklink Quad HDMI

Hello
Has anybody experience with the BMD Decklink Quad HDMI. Does it work (well)? E.g. Could I send live imagery from 4 different cameras onto 4 different screens? Or: Can I send a multiview composite view from 4 different cameras onto a single screen via the Decklink and Resolume? Or: Can 4 signals via the Decklink be send to OBS?
