I am not really sure how to help as that was not the problem that I experienced. I can say that I downloaded 5 packs yesterday and 2 were in 4K.

My only two thoughts are:
1. Maybe you are close to your Data cap that your ISP has. Or maybe something ISP related. Restart router/modem?
2. Perhaps uninstalling and reinstalling Alley might help? It sure worked wonders for me.

I had a constant 15-20 mbps most of the night, once we got it working. Maybe update your web browser or try another one?

I am having the same issues. The downloads are not working.
I am on Win 10, I get no notification of the OS or other blocking anything. It simply does nothing when I click on the download (Either option Alley or individual)

Can you try again, we pushed a fix to the web server which should work around this in Chrome.

Works perfectly now. Got the new Arena up and running and the video footage I bought is downloading perfectly (so far). Thx!
