Resolume won't read ANY of my audio interfaces

I'm baffled as to why the program won't interact with any of my audio interfaces. its either a small thing I'm overlooking or some sort of incompatibility with the program I am unaware of

I have tried both version 3.0.1 and 3.1.1, both won't react to my audio interfaces when wanting to use it to interact with certain paramiters

I have tried the Maudio Fast trak interface, with no luck, so thinking it was an issue possibly with the interface so I bought a new one, TASCAM US-122mkII, this interface STILL didn't work, I even tried my friends audio interface, the Mbox2 mini, and that still didn't work. ALL these interfaces work with ANY of my other audio programs, just not this program, so it is concluded that it is an issue with the software, but I'm not sure what, obviously it works for other people so there must be something I'm overlooking.

I've tested it with both my desktop with windows 7, and my laptop with windows vista.

I have a gig on monday I want to try the program with, so I hope I can get some help on getting this program to work

Sorry to hear your audio interfaces aren't working. Do you get audio when you're using the default sound card? Also, could you please send me the log file that Avenue creates on your computer:

PC: C:/Documents and Settings/[username]/Application Data/Resolume/Resolume Avenue 3 log.txt

Hopefully that will show us what is going wrong. You can post it here or send it to support[at]resolume[dot]com.
