What kind of hardware does this machine have?

Could you please send us the Resolume log file ?
On win10 it should be in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Resolume Arena

My Studio have 3 computers (1X 2018MBP; 1X Windows 10 Home ; 1X Windows 10 PRO)

2 computers run Arena 7 all GOOD ; but in Win10 PRO...cant open that....

Have anyone have same problem?

CPU : i9-9900X @ 3.50GHz

Or Duet Display,
Or Sonic Suite?

Have you tried to run Resolume explicitly as Administrator?

Could you try renaming the Documents/Resolume Arena folder, then renaming the Example.avc in the application folder in Program Files/Resolume Arena/Default, then starting Resolume?

New to Resolume Arena 7.

Downloaded the software, installed, and Arena 7 started and worked just fine.

After restarting my PC ( Windows 10 ), when I went to start Arena 7, it just hung up on the splash screen and would not start. Uninstalled Arena 7, deleted Resolume folders in C:/documents/, and deleted folders in C:/users/. Restarted PC. Redownloaded software, Reinstalled, and still hanging up on splash screen.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks You

New to Resolume. Downloaded Arena 7, installed on Windows 10 Home, started program, program started fine and was able to begin playing around.

Rebooted PC. Attempted to start Arena 7 and software does not start. Get a "Not Responding" message with the Arena 7 startup screen in the middle of my screen which curiously exists no matter what software I startup such as Excel.

Could you try to start Resolume using right click, Run as Administrator?
