Pioneer bridge sync problem

Post by VisualLabRick »

Hi,

I’ve been trying to setup pioneer bridge and am having some trouble..
I do see all the cdjs and mixer in green and also see them in resolume, even displaying the track and if it’s playing or not.

But when I link it to a video it won’t play.. it sticks at 00:00

It does trigger the clip and the fader is also working, it’s just not playing.
The file name is the same and no firewall is running.

I tried the exact same composition on a Mac and it works. But I want it to work on my windows 10 laptop.

Any suggestion what the problem might be?

Thanks!

Oke so we didnt get the windows laptop to work.

Now for the mac, everything works except we have one problem: everytime the DJ loads in a track on the cdj, resolume freezes for a couple of seconds.

While the laptop we are using is a new M1 Macbook Pro
(see attachement for specs)

Any idea what can cause this problem?

I have this exact problem on a windows machine.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why the time counters do not work?
