Alley crash

Post by Debbio17 »

Hi all! Every time I try to convert a file to dxv with alley, the ram goes full and alley crashes without ending the transcode.

I'm with the last alley (also older alley give me the same error) on a Windows 10 dell XPS 13 (intel integrated GPU).

Can someone help me?

Could be the integrated GPU.

Could you please use the crash reporter dialog that pops up after the crash to submit a crash report?
That way we get lot more detailed information about what went wrong exactly.
Don't forget to fill out your email address, so we know it came from you ;)
