Clearing the font cache will make Resolume create the characters again.
To clear the cache, close Resolume, delete files in these folders, and start Resolume again.

The font cache folders are on osx: /Users/[UserName]/Library/Application\ Support/Resolume\ Arena\ 6/atlas
on windows 10: C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\Resolume Arena 6\atlas
