We had a report where Mac computers and SkyTV would work in both 5 and 6, but X-Box and Windows computers would only work in 5.

Never tryed with consoles but with several windows computers in any possible output config. Native hdmi, dp-hdmi, dvi-hdmi, active / passive cables, several gpus, and tryed with sony blu-ray / hdd. Nothing works in A6, everything works in A5. Also tryed all win versions on receiver side, but same problem with all.

What about a Mac laptop as input?

Why there is only one source appears in A6 and 2 in A5 for this capture card? In A5 one of two sources acts like the one in A6 (not works at all). We would like to understand.

In the bottom picture you see the options to access the card directly (first option) or via DirectShow (second option).

In Arena 6, access via DirectShow is completely ignored. if you see the Blackmagic specific options in the Clip panel (like Input, Resolution, Color Space etc), you're accessing the card directly. If you'd see DirectShow options like Pin and Filter Properties in the Clip panel, it would mean you're using DirectShow to access the card.

There is some combination of capture card and input that is causing problems. It seems to be confined to the Intensity Pro 4K and Recorder 4K PCIe cards and HDMI inputs, but so far we've been unable to track down what the exact combination is.

Ciao a tutti , scusate se scrivo in italiano, ma potete tradurre facilmente quello che scrivo, il problema di A6 e che acquisisce solo formati video YCBCR e non RGB come in A5 , per acquisire quindi un segnale video da un pc bisogna andare in pannello grafica intel/monitor selezionare il monitor secondario e andare nella sezione IMPOSTAZIONE COLORI in basso ci sarà una casellina che vi permetterà di cambiare il video da RGB a YCBCR.

We think that secco13 is correct. There are some Blackmagic models that do not do RGB conversion and instead supply textures in YUV. It seems to affect the Intensity Pro 4K, Ultrastudio 4K and Decklink Mini Recorder 4K series.

We've finally been able to recreate it, so we should have a fix on the 6.0.5 release.
