Have you tried to contact Deltacast yet?
What does the windows event logs say about the crash?

Event log does not create any record for this crash.
This cards are not direct purchase from Deltacast. Just some B-stock. So support was very limited for me.

I was curious how this cards perform and compare with other brands. They run just fine in OBS and vMix, latency seems on par+- with other brands like Blackmagic and Aja. 8 inputs are available in HD-SDI, 4 as 3G-SDI. So i will keep them.
This problem does not seem like something very big and fundamental what can be resolved only with direct SDK support. Maybe different method to release device is available.

Have you tried the 6.16.01 Deltacast drivers yet?

Tested with 6.18 and 6.19 only. They are newer than 6.16, so must contain bugfixes from 6.16.
Or only this specific version works?

Could you try the 7.18.1 Resolume release?
We fixed some capture issues with it for windows 11.

Keeps crashing on the newest version.
