Ok, I see the same, seems something goes wrong during muxing. Made a ticket.

As the audio is recorded properly, what you can do meanwhile, would be loading one of the recorded streams, and dropping the other one onto it.
This will join both in a single clip as Audio + Video and you'll have your full recording in an AV clip.
