The latest available for both.
We have two cdj3000 and two cdj200nxs2
Firmware on the cdj3000 is 3.00, I have asked the tech to upgrade this firmware. The bridge app has these highlighted in red.
Firmware on the cdj2000 is 1.85, this is the latest available.

Are the Time counters not working with any of the players?
How are the interfaces set up in Bridge and Resolume?

weird, the player status in your screenshots should also show if a player is playing,
Check the DJLink side of things on the network, I'd also add a DHCP server to the setup, which could be just a consumer grade router.
Also make sure no broadcast traffic hits the players, they can't handle that.

OK. I understand about the broadcast traffic. That means I will have to get a managed switch off that's the problem.

Yes I can see the players play. The tracks. The current time which is always 0:00 and click on the player to get the total time left whicj is always the fool length of the track.
It just doesn't want to countdown the time.
I just tried again today. This time they ask went green.
I'm going to put the pioneer app on my mac and see if that will charge anything. I have read that nobody is having problems on the mac side and only have issues on the pc side.

So I have an update with more testing today.
The mixer does control the faders if I have it set to do that.
The clip will connect and show on screen but not move the playhead when the track is played from the cdjs.
I can play anything. But the playhead does not move.
Oh this is the exact same reaction to resolume on the mac.
What am I missing?
On a side note. I tried to use the pro link only on the mac with the pc version of resolume. That gives the same results.
I did the reverse and only had prolink on the pc but the mac resolume would not recognize any cdjs.
And yes I have all the ports opened on both machines.

So I have an answer to the problem.
It is all about the network. As zoltán pointed out that it is not a happy camper being on a network link with other traffic on it is 100% the problem. Thank you Zoltán for the comment about network traffic. I would have never tried a direct connection without it. Who would have imagined that it partially works with all but one part.

It is very poor development from pioneer on it functioning correctly with standard tcp/ip traffic
Why would they ever think that a computer would never need to be on a network that has internet or even a backup machine connected.
The fact that it partially works is even more infuriating.
I have a somewhat complex network setup with 4 computers at foh. Two lighting and two resolume with one being a backup resolume machine. Many different protocols running on 8 nics. And I can't add a third physical nic to the resolume computers. So now to put on my IT hat and install a managed switch/router and making virtual nics and vlans.

Again way more complex than it ever needs to be. The staff can barely work the computer as is. And now I'm going to complicate it so much that any troubleshooting will have to be done by me or an it professional. FFS!
oh and yes I read the warning about vlans from pioneer.
Fun fun fun.
Again i hope this helps anyone in the future that has an issue.

Forget my last post.
It still doesn't work. And I can't even get it to work the way I did the one time it did work.
Really frustrated with pioneer and resolume in not being able to offer any useful solutions.

I have tried this version and I still can't get it to work again.
