You do not have to transfer your license, just enter the serial again on your new computer or after you have reinstalled. You can also use your serial on both mac and pc.

Didn't you receive your oder conformation from us.
You Resolume 3 serial should be listed that mail, please doublecheck and if you haven´t received send us a mail.
