Just spent yesterday afternoon seeting up the midi mappings for last nights gig only to get there to find all the mappings lost when I loaded up. This was rather anoying as the midi mapping is not the most intuative.

Luckily I had turned up early and was able to redo the more important ones.

On the plus side it was very stable and turned a lot of heads.

old post, but id only just got round to properly assigning midi to control Avenue. im having the same problem... ie - the midi keys i assign to trigger clips in Direct mapping are lost when i restart Avenue, despite saving in both the composition menu and the midi settings. the controllers i have assigned to the layer opacity faders do seem to stay assigned though.
