Well, if you have zero patience and a thick walet, get an ati card like mine or better!
In all fairness, I would not expect much more from a stress-relleased .0 release. Either work with 3, and wait a couple of months for the guys to finish the bug hunting. Its a time consuming job. Or if you have clients waiting and you absolutely must use 4 now, change your hardware.
