The nvidia profile installation is optional now in the 7.23 release.
You can also remove the profile from the machine using the Resolume preferences, to resolve the flicker.

Can anyone confirm that the flickering is gone within this update?

We tested it briefly and the workaround with ignoring the resolume profile after re-installing the worked.
