it's already there....

the square at the bottom, just click the 'eye' icon next to it, and as you click items, a low frame-rate preview is shown...

i want to fix my vote for the scrolling deck, as i think now that it might be complicated to use.

i would like to vote for tabbed decks instead, to be abble to lead several decks at once, each in a different tab (like those on window's control panel windows).

Better stability when switching decks. because currently if you load another deck the content you are playing freezes sometimes. or it just goes crazy and it doesn't want to change (i think this only happens if the clip is in the same place as the one you are trying to replace was on the previous deck)

and as allways i'll add bonus wishes..

for picture loops the option to set a beat for them... for example every 6 frames, pause for 1/2 second. or something like this. and the seting this "beat" in real time with the pause control and average it (like the pitch control for some audio software)

One more suggestion: more clips available for the chaos function. Now it's limited to the 20 in a given deck, but it would be cool if chaos could just go through a whole directory, arbitrarily picking from hundreds (or thousands!) of clips, which would let the lazy VJ take a break for more than 5 minutes (since even 20 clips start to get a bit tedious after that long)

and one more thing: for the saturation effect, it would be cool if it went into an oversaturate range, with blinding reds and greens and purples and yellows. The way it is now, you can only from the image's original saturation level down to black & white.

lock midi signal to one layer - so one person can control one layer through midi, and second person controls a layer on top or whatever.

Hi,
I would like to see:

1) channel switch also via midi program change (not only key numbers), because most of midi footcontroller can only do program change orders.

2) more channels on the desk (maybe it is possible to switch a second and third set of channels in combination with the ALT+ , STRG+ buttons)

3) very important: also audio-stream (maybe with a enable/disable function)

See you...

This is what I would like to see in the next resolume:
-A function to pack my computer & Cds, drive me to the club (via GPS), set up everything and start vjing all in automatic.
-Prepare me some good cocktails without reducing framerate
-Talk to the DJ for me
-Use weird DLLs to find out all the chick's phone numbers
-Unpack and take me home, put me to bed and wash my clothes while I sleep
-Clean the house
-Solve all those f?%#ing windowZ bugs
that would take vjing to anoter level.... a boring one
bye

I believe the chop function is great! If resolume is kicking ass right now... next version will be so good. you guys can't say you don't have ideas for new features. The cocktail one and the dll phone listings the best new features posible, maybe with some AI and new line hardware.

With so many demands I just wanted to say... awesome software!!!!!
