i'm beaten!
just when i tryed to run it few whiles ago it crashed. Starts normaly, ask me for serial (i hit 'try' option) and than it crash! In right corner of display appears gray square and everything freeze! Even ctrl+alt+delete doesn't work!
I haven't change anything. The only multimedia program i installed was VLC player. Than i think nothing else was changed.
allready tried to reinstal resolume - nothing changed.
hell.. i'm loseing strenght

Hey,
I'm glad you have got it working again. Sometimes taking the long way home (reinstalling Windows XP) is the easiest way to get you back.
I would suggest converting all your visuals to MJPEG, so that you do not have to use other codecs other than Pegasus MJPEG.
Now that you have a working Resolume, make a backup of your entire partition. Use Ghost 12 for that, or any other backup-software.

what is it for that backup? I have no experience with it. Well now i'm learning resolume. looks good. but u know - am newbie ;o)

SOLUTION:
reinstall everythin what can be reinstalled and install the minimum u really need.
Thats what i have done:
1) formated windows
2) fully reinstalled my windows
3) than i installed:
a) paegasus mjpeg codec
b) indeo 5.1 ( from KLite but unchecked everything else )
c) VLC media player ( has its own decoders wich doesnt work globaly. So no mess in system and resolume an so and can play everythin (dvd, stream, every codec ))
d) resolume
Problems i reached till now:
1) dont know for what i ned mjpeg ( useing it just for realtime recording, but there is a watermark add ( big one.. )
2) cant open mediafiles ( movies ) in virtualdub cauze i have no codecs ( VLC doesnt stuck with system ), but i am too afraid to install any - dont wanna reinstall again!
